We would like to invite you to a rewarding day of riparian habitat improvement! On March 29th we are coordinating a work day to plant some cottonwoods at Wheeler State Wildlife Area near Silt. This is an area managed by Parks and Wildlife and has been the focus of non-native vegetation management. It is a unique backwater that is great habitat for water fowl and fish. So if restoration is something that interests you, come meet us at the Silt carpool area just south of I-70 at 9am. It's only a 2 minute drive from there. Please email questions to email@example.com, and please email him or visit our facebook page to sign up for the event.
