The Watershed Plan establishes a framework for protecting the long-term health of the Watershed. It outlines existing and potential issues and offers a roadmap for reaching solutions. The Council compiled this plan with community participation aimed at fostering public-private partnerships, focusing on the protection of water quality, promotion of efficient water use, and improvement of watershed health.
